10-Inch Lift Kit w/ NX2 Shocks

The BDS Suspension 10-inch lift kit is engineered to significantly enhance the stance, performance, and capability of your 2000-2005 Ford Excursion 4WD. This comprehensive kit features Glide-Ride leaf springs, designed with a progressive spring rate and a triple-stage leaf spring design to provide a smooth ride under any load while reducing axle wrap and offering flexibility. For improved steering geometry, the kit includes a forged drop pitman arm to minimize steering angle and a heavy-duty track bar drop bracket to maintain proper alignment through suspension travel and recenter the front axle. The rear suspension is upgraded with replacement Glide-Ride full leaf spring packs and u-bolts. Installation is designed to be a 100% bolt-on process, making it straightforward. The kit provides clearance for up to 38-inch tires, and specific wheel and tire fitment recommendations include 38 x 13.5 tires with 16 x 10 wheels that have a 4-inch backspace. Some trimming may be required. Buyers can choose between two shock options: the standard NX2 Nitro Series shocks, featuring a twin-tube design with 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving and a silver powder coat finish, or an upgrade to FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks. The FOX shocks offer a 2-inch impact-extruded aluminum body, an internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, CNC-machined mounting ends, and application-specific valving for maximum performance.
