The BOSS Audio Systems BASS10K is a 10-inch powered car subwoofer that combines an amplifier and subwoofer into a single, slim unit, making it an ideal solution for vehicles with limited space. It boasts a 1000-watt peak power output and a 500-watt RMS power handling, driven by a single 4-ohm voice coil. The subwoofer is constructed with a high-performance voice coil, a rubber surround, and an aluminum cone for robust performance. This powered subwoofer offers versatile connectivity options, including both high-level (speaker-level) inputs and low-level (RCA) inputs. This flexibility allows it to be easily integrated with factory or aftermarket head units that may lack dedicated RCA outputs. For fine-tuning your audio experience, the BASS10K includes a variable low-pass filter to manage frequencies directed to the subwoofer and a variable bass boost to adjust low-end intensity to your preference. It also features phase control and an LED status indicator. Safety and reliability are enhanced with built-in thermal, short, and overload protection circuits.
