The Rockford Fosgate Prime R2SD2-10 is a 10-inch shallow-mount subwoofer engineered to deliver satisfying bass performance even when vehicle space is limited. Its innovative design features an elevated motor structure that significantly reduces the speaker's mounting depth, allowing it to fit into more compact enclosures. Constructed with a mica-injected polypropylene cone, this subwoofer ensures clean and accurate bass notes. The stamp-cast basket incorporates spider venting, a feature typically found in deeper subwoofers, to help manage motor heat effectively. The R2SD2-10 is optimized for sealed enclosures, providing a solid foundation for low-frequency music reproduction. It boasts a power handling capacity of 200 Watts RMS and a peak power of 400 Watts. The Dual Voice Coil (DVC) design with dual 2-ohm impedance offers versatile wiring options, allowing users to tailor the subwoofer's electrical load to match their amplifier.
