The Rockford Fosgate Prime 10" R2SD4-10 is a shallow-mount subwoofer engineered to deliver satisfying low-frequency audio even when vehicle space is limited. Its design incorporates an elevated motor structure that significantly reduces the overall speaker depth, allowing for installation in areas where traditional subwoofers would not fit. Constructed with a mica-injected polypropylene cone, this subwoofer ensures accurate and clean bass reproduction. The stamp-cast basket includes an integrated spider venting system, a feature typically found in deeper-mount models, which helps to dissipate heat and maintain optimal motor temperature during high-performance use. The R2SD4-10 is specifically optimized for use in sealed enclosures.
