The DEI CryO² Intercooler Sprayer Kit (080108) is designed to significantly boost the performance of your intercooler by enhancing its thermal transfer capabilities. It is a non-injectable system, allowing for the safe increase of boost pressure. The kit comes complete with a 10 lb. CO² tank and its mounting brackets, a cryogenic solenoid valve, and a 14 ft. stainless steel braided supply line for CO² delivery. It also includes essential controls such as arming, activation, and Wide Open Throttle (WOT) switches, ensuring precise operation. Additionally, all necessary CO² fittings and electrical hardware are provided, along with a 16" x 5" front-mount intercooler sprayer and its mounting hardware. For added security, four 14" stainless steel locking ties are included. Installation is described as a straightforward, easy bolt-on process. The system utilizes CO² as its cooling medium, which is noted as being less expensive to refill compared to nitrous oxide.
