Overview

The Weston #10 Manual Meat Grinder is a cast iron and tinned metal grinder designed for mincing and sausage stuffing. It features two steel plates (45mm and 10mm), a steel knife, and a sausage stuffing kit with an adapter, spacer, and three funnel sizes (14mm, 19mm, 24mm). The grinder has a 3" x 4" hopper opening and an adjustable burr system for grind control.

Its clamp-on style easily attaches to countertops up to 1 1/2 inches thick, and it includes damage-preventing rubber pads to protect surfaces. The ergonomically designed crank handle ensures effortless operation, and the unit disassembles for quick and easy cleaning.
