10% Overdrive 10-Rib Crankshaft Damper

The VMP VMP-918077 is a 10% overdrive, 10-rib crankshaft damper, co-designed by VMP and ATI, engineered for enhanced performance in specific VMP supercharged Coyote applications and 2020+ GT500 models equipped with a 10-rib kit. This damper is designed to add approximately 2 psi of boost. Constructed with a new dual "lip" design and standardized belt alignment to match the 2020+ GT500, this damper offers improved belt tracking compared to stock Coyote and previous GT500 configurations. It is manufactured in the USA to VMP specifications and is over 1/2 lb lighter than previous ATI-918047N assemblies. The inertia ring is positioned closer to the front main bearing to reduce stress on the crank. This 10-rib version is not recommended for use with 8-rib belts as it may jump due to the absence of a lip. It is not compatible with older VMP 8-rib 5%, 15%, and 25% systems. For 2011-2021 Coyote applications with a new-style 8/10 rib kit, a 4-rib accessory belt (KR3E-6C301-CA) and a super-low profile accessory tensioner (VMP-SUT005) are required.
