The Competition Engineering 10-Point Roll Bar Hoop (MPN: 3231) is designed to bridge the gap between an 8-Point Roll Bar and a 12-Point Roll Cage, meeting NHRA & IHRA requirements for cars running 10.99 or quicker with modified firewalls and/or floorboards. This roll bar hoop provides increased driver protection in rollovers and significantly increases chassis rigidity for improved reaction times. The main hoop kit includes one mandrel-formed main hoop, one top hoop, two front downstruts, one main hoop crossbrace, and two diagonal hoop supports, all specifically designed for the application. The full 10-point system requires both the main hoop kit (C3231) and a separate strut kit (C3310 for Mild Steel or C3250 for Chrome Moly). The roll bar is manufactured from 1-5/8" O.D. x .134" wall mild steel, with all bends mandrel formed on CNC equipment for uniform wall thickness. Tube ends are notched for better fit and easier installation. Complete instructions are included, and welding is required for installation.
