The Jackson Racing GR Corolla Engine Oil Cooler Kit is an essential upgrade for any GR Corolla used for track driving or in hot climates. When pushed hard, the GR Corolla's oil temperatures can reach dangerous levels, leading to accelerated oil breakdown, reduced performance, and increased engine wear. At the core of this system is a 10-row CSF racing bar-and-plate oil cooler, specifically designed using CAD to maximize heat rejection while minimizing pressure drop. This core offers a 24% greater heat transfer efficiency compared to common larger cores. The compact footprint is powder-coated for corrosion resistance and enhanced thermal stability, built to withstand track abuse and thermal cycling. The kit includes custom, CAD-developed stainless steel mounting brackets that bolt directly to factory mounting points, requiring no drilling or cutting for installation. This allows for a driver-side mount to maximize airflow and ensures compatibility with the Jackson Racing Intercooler kit. Installation is further simplified with a thermostatic oil sandwich plate featuring a built-in 92°C (198°F) thermostat.
