100% Over Fuel Injector Set

The Exergy Performance E02-20408 100% Over Injectors are engineered for 2013-2018 RAM 2500/3500 6.7L Cummins engines that require significantly increased fuel delivery for high-horsepower builds. These injectors offer double the flow of stock units, making them suitable for extreme fueling needs in competition or heavily modified street applications. Each injector set is manufactured using abrasive flow honing technology for enlarged nozzles and then hydraulically flow-matched to within 1%. Components are built and tested on specialized in-house equipment, with every set calibrated at multiple points to +/- 1% accuracy. Developed by former Bosch OE engineers, these injectors deliver precise timing and injection quantity, ensuring reliable power delivery. They are compatible with standalone ECUs and EFI Live tuning, providing consistent performance from idle to wide-open throttle. For optimal performance and acceptable Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGTs), tuning will be required. The set includes essential components such as copper washers and O-rings to facilitate installation. Exergy recommends pairing these injectors with upgraded fuel systems for best results.
