100% Over Remanufactured Fuel Injector Set

The Exergy Performance 100% Over fuel injectors are designed to increase power output for your 6.7L Cummins engine while maintaining drivability and reliability. These injectors are remanufactured by Bosch, with all moving parts and wear surfaces replaced. The nozzles are enlarged using abrasive flow honing technology, then hydraulically flow matched to less than 1% tolerance. Each injector nozzle undergoes four separate quality control checks during the remanufacturing process. The complete set is tested on specialized equipment at multiple calibration points, ensuring a balanced output within +/- 1%. A detailed calibration sheet is included with each set. Exergy emphasizes that there are no shortcuts taken in their remanufacturing process, providing peace of mind for your injector purchase. Tuning will be required for acceptable Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGTs) and optimal drivability. An injector seal kit, including copper gaskets and O-rings, is included with the set.
