100 PSI Pressure Sensor

The Lowdoller 7990100 is a versatile pressure sensor engineered to accurately measure fuel, oil, or boost pressures up to 100 PSI. It is designed for seamless integration with a wide array of aftermarket engine management systems, including popular options like MegaSquirt and MS3Pro, due to its reliable and linear 0-5V output signal. Installation is straightforward thanks to its 1/8” NPT screw-in design. The sensor delivers high precision with an accuracy rating of ±1% full scale and operates reliably across a broad temperature spectrum, from -40°F to 257°F (-40°C to 125°C). Its durable and robust construction ensures it can withstand demanding environmental conditions. When configuring the sensor for use with firmware 1.6, select the “Linear 0.5v-4.5v” option, which maps 0.5V to 0 PSI and 4.5V to 100 PSI. For firmware 1.5 or older, the “Linear” option should be selected, providing an output range of 0.0V to 5.0V that corresponds to pressures from -12.5 PSI to 112.5 PSI. If using this sensor for dome pressure measurement, only the “Linear” setting should be selected, and the sensor must be scaled in KPA, with 0V corresponding to 13.81 kPa and 5V to 875.69 kPa. Wiring is simplified with clearly defined connections: Red for 5V Vref, Black for Sensor Ground, and Yellow for the Signal Output to the ECU. The package includes the 0-100 PSI Pressure Sensor, with an optional 15ft cable featuring a 90° boot available. It is important to note that the 799 series is not recommended for dome pressure applications; the 8990100 is suggested for that purpose.
