The Treadstone TRV25 Series Intercooler is engineered with a highly efficient bar and plate construction for optimal performance in demanding applications. Fabricated in the USA from T6061 aluminum, this intercooler is built for durability and effectiveness. This intercooler boasts a core size of 25.00" x 6.00" x 3.50" and an overall size of 26.50" x 12.00" x 3.50". It features 3.00" inlet and outlet connections and is rated to support up to 1000 HP with a minimal pressure drop of 1.5 psi at maximum efficiency, handling 1492 CFM. Some applications may experience a 2-6 psi drop depending on the setup. The TRV25 is available in two configurations: 'O' for opposite facing end tanks and 'S' for same side facing end tanks. Mounting tabs are integrated for straightforward installation. This intercooler is suitable for a wide range of high-horsepower vehicles, including examples like Supras, Mustangs, Nissans, and Grand Nationals, and comes with a 1-year warranty.
