1000-Watt 5-Channel Amplifier

The Rockford Fosgate T1000X5ad is a 1000-watt RMS, 5-channel amplifier built on a proprietary Class-ad platform for superior sound quality and power efficiency. Top-mounted controls include the C.L.E.A.N. level setting system with input/output clip detection LEDs, integrated high/low pass crossovers, input channel configuration switches, and the Punch EQ boost circuit. The crossovers are adjustable from 50Hz to 250Hz with a 12dB/octave slope, and an infrasonic filter is present at 28Hz. The amplifier supports both 4-ohm and 2-ohm loads, delivering 100W x 4 + 400W x 1 at 4 ohms and 100W x 4 + 600W x 1 at 2 ohms. Cooling is handled by a dual-fan system and dual extruded aluminum heat sinks, ensuring efficient heat dissipation even at high outputs. The T1000X5ad is also compatible with the optional PLC2 level remote control for adjusting the subwoofer channel's output level. It is CTA-2006 and CE compliant, and engineered in the USA. The amplifier requires 4 AWG power wire and 16 AWG speaker wire for front/rear channels, and 10 AWG for the subwoofer channel. Its compact dimensions are 1.6" x 4.3" x 12.0".
