1000HP CV Axle

The Insane Shafts 1000HP CV Axles are engineered for the ultimate in high performance, capable of handling up to 1000 wheel horsepower. Constructed from chromoly steel, these axles undergo a proprietary annealing and heat treatment process, followed by a cryogenic treatment to further increase strength and durability. They have been real-world tested to perform under extreme conditions, both on and off the track. The 500HP axle variant is also made from chromoly steel with the same proprietary annealing and heat treatment process, making it suitable for power demands up to 500 wheel horsepower. Both versions are designed as a superior alternative to typical swap axles, providing a robust solution for high-performance vehicle needs. The application covers 1990-2001 Integra (DA, DC) and 1988-2000 Civic/CRX/Del Sol (EF, EG, EK) models. Each set includes removable ABS rings (if applicable) and new 32mm spindle nuts. Insane Shafts offers these axles in two horsepower ratings: 500HP (part number IS-005-IS-006) and 1000HP (part number IS-005-IS-006-D). They are sold as a pair, covering both the LH and RH sides, and are compatible with B16, B18, and B20 engines.
