This catalytic converter is designed to keep the check engine light off and is California Grade CARB Compliant. It features free-flowing mandrel-bent tubing and highly corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction. It is designed for easy installation without cutting or welding and replicates the OE design for a precise fit and function. The single laser fusion weld reduces the possibility of leaks, and the compact, low-mass design allows for greater thermal efficiency. This replacement part meets or exceeds California Air Resource Board requirements and has undergone additional testing to comply with CARB guidelines for legal use in California and CARB restricted states. Essential gaskets and hardware are included for simplified installation. It features high strength 16 gauge 409 stainless steel tubing for exceptional corrosion resistance, durable 308 stainless steel MIG welds, and OE-sized barbed exhaust hangers made from corrosion-resistant 410 stainless steel to reduce noise and vibration.
