1018 Steel Flange Turbo Manifold

This manifold is ideal for applications demanding significant torque and quick spool, coupled with high-end horsepower, making it a prime choice for road race and drag race vehicles. Constructed from premium 1.5” Schedule 40 stainless steel tubing, the Sidewinder manifold undergoes TIG-welding with back-purging to guarantee superior quality and longevity. The cylinder head, wastegate, and turbine inlet flanges are precision CNC-machined from ½” plate 1018 steel. All mating surfaces are machined flat to ensure a perfect seal and prevent exhaust leaks. Verified fitments include EF, EG, EK, and DC chassis with K-Series Engines, as well as the 06+ Civic Si, EP3 Civic, RSX, and TSX. Note that the current thread pitch for the turbo to manifold connection is M10x1.5, an update from the older 3/8-16 pitch. A limited warranty covers welding defects only for the original purchaser. This warranty excludes manifolds that have been heat-wrapped or have improper downpipe and/or dumptube installations. Proof of purchase and visual documentation of the setup may be required for warranty claims.
