103mm Gen 5 Throttle Body

The Nick Williams Gen 5 throttle body is designed to unlock serious airflow potential for LT1 and LT4 performance builds, such as those found in the C7 Corvette and Gen 6 Camaro. This performance throttle body features a full 103 mm blade, designed to allow cold air to flow more freely, resulting in sharper throttle response and supporting higher power goals. The unit comes with fully integrated drive-by-wire electronics and a stepper motor, eliminating the need to repurpose stock components. It is available in a raw billet (machine finish) or black anodized finish, providing an aesthetic upgrade for the engine bay. Installation of this throttle body requires specific considerations. It is intended for GM Gen V LT1 and LT4 engines and requires an aftermarket intake manifold or a modified inlet, as it does not mount directly to the stock manifold. It is not compatible with the factory LT1 intake in its stock form. Furthermore, an engine calibration or tune is required after installation for the throttle body to function properly and enable its full range operation. The throttle body has an effective blade size of 103 mm with an inlet bore of approximately 108 mm (4.25 inches) for smooth entry. It utilizes a 6-pin GM style connector, compatible with late-model wiring harnesses. The housing is precision CNC-milled on 5 axes for ideal flow geometry. The included hardware consists of the billet aluminum throttle body housing, drive-by-wire electronics and stepper motor, a gasket/O-ring seal, mounting bolts, and installation instructions.
