The Nick Williams Gen 5 throttle body, with its 103 mm blade, is engineered to unlock significant airflow potential for LT1 and LT4 performance engines, including those in the C7 Corvette and Gen 6 Camaro. This component enhances cold air intake, sharpens throttle response, and provides precise drive-by-wire control thanks to its fully integrated electronics and stepper motor. The throttle body is CNC-milled for optimal flow geometry and is available in either a raw billet machine finish or a black anodized finish for an enhanced engine bay appearance. Installation requires an aftermarket intake manifold or a modified inlet, as this throttle body does not mount directly to a stock manifold and is not compatible with the factory LT1 intake in its stock form. Furthermore, an engine calibration or tune is mandatory after installation to ensure proper function and to enable the full range of operation. The unit includes a billet aluminum throttle body housing, drive-by-wire electronics, a gasket/O-ring seal, mounting hardware, and installation instructions.
