The Turner Motorsport Complete Universal Baffled Oil Catch Can Kit is a 10oz system designed to reduce oil ingestion for cleaner emissions and odor-less operation. It features a 4-chamber baffle system engineered to maximize oil and air separation. The kit includes a dipstick for checking oil levels and an optional drain valve with a hose for easy draining during oil changes. The body is constructed from 6061-T6 billet aluminum with a black anodized finish for durability and appearance.

Its core design incorporates a 4-chamber baffle system that intentionally alters airflow direction within the separator. This process causes oil droplets to fall out of suspension, preventing them from entering the intake system. The kit utilizes a closed, recirculated design to minimize oil ingestion, leading to cleaner emissions and a more pleasant, odor-free operating environment. The catch can body is precision-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and finished with a black anodizing for enhanced durability and a sleek appearance. A knurled and black anodized dipstick allows for simple and clean inspection of the reservoir's oil volume. The system is sealed with a pre-installed Viton O-ring and includes a 2.5mm allen key for easy removal of baffle plates during cleaning. Installation requires additional 3/4" oil-resistant hose, which is not included. The kit features a universal mounting bracket, making it adaptable to various vehicle setups. Please note: This product is not for sale or use in the state of California on any pollution-controlled vehicle, as per the California Air Resources Board regulations. It is also subject to California's Prop 65 Warning.
