The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-277A-P is a remanufactured rear differential axle assembly, specifically built for GM Silverado & Sierra 3500 trucks equipped with dual rear wheels (DRW). This unit features an AAM 11.5-inch ring gear and a 3.73 gear ratio, offering a Posi Traction differential type. This axle assembly is meticulously remanufactured to exacting standards. The process includes straightening and inspecting all tubes to OEM specifications, along with testing housings for surface wear and cracks. A comprehensive 100% inspection is performed on all internal parts, such as the Ring & Pinion, internal gears, clutches, and carriers. To ensure optimal performance and durability, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced with new components. The housings are hydro blasted and rinsed to achieve an OEM finish, and precise rolling torque is established using inch-pound measurements for longevity. It is important to note that this assembly does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts, which are sold separately. This differential is compatible with the GT4 ratio option and excludes the Widetrack Option GTY. This Zumbrota Drivetrain assembly is engineered for 2011-2014 GM 3500 DRW Pickup trucks.
