Description

This kit is for installing a ring and pinion gear set in a Dana 35 differential. It includes components to set pinion depth, pinion-bearing preload, backlash, and carrier-bearing preload. The installation involves draining gear oil, removing axle shafts, marking main caps and shim thicknesses, cleaning, inspection, and precise adjustments. Fresh gear oil and thread-locking compound on the pinion nut are essential.
