Description

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-200A is a remanufactured axle assembly engineered for specific Ram 3500 applications. This assembly features a 3.42 gear ratio and an 11.5-inch ring gear size, suitable for Single Rear Wheels (SRW) and Cab Chassis models. During the remanufacturing process, all tubes are inspected and straightened to OEM specifications, and housings are rigorously tested for surface wear and cracks. Every internal component, including the Ring & Pinion, internal gears, clutches, and carrier, is subjected to a 100% inspection. To ensure optimal performance and longevity, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced. The housings are meticulously cleaned using a state-of-the-art hydro blasting process, restoring them to an OEM finish. Precision setup is guaranteed by establishing the correct rolling torque with inch-pound measurements.
