The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2310A is a rebuilt rear axle assembly specifically engineered for the 2014-2018 Dodge Ram 2500. It undergoes thorough inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, including ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are fully inspected and tested. Zumbrota replaces all bearings and seals, ensuring optimal performance. The gears are examined for proper tooth contact patterns and set to correct rolling torque using inch-pound measurements for longevity and quiet operation. Axle tubes are inspected and straightened to OEM specifications. Zumbrota employs a rigorous cleaning process, including hydro-blasting and sandblasting, followed by a proprietary shot-peened deep cleaning procedure.
