The Integrated Engineering HPFP Upgrade Kit provides performance high-flow internals for your Audi 4.0TT V8 engine's factory high-pressure fuel pumps. These upgraded internals install into your existing pump housings, increasing the bore and piston size to allow for greater fuel flow. This enhanced fuel delivery is crucial for supporting larger turbo upgrades and ethanol fuel blends, enabling more horsepower and torque from your hardware and tuning modifications. Key features include pistons with an increased diameter to 11.67mm and the largest stroke volume available. The constant diameter pin design maintains larger contact between the pin and cylinder, increasing stability and displacement while retaining OE springs and retainers to prevent camshaft wear. The tool steel piston is DLC (diamond-like carbon) coated for enhanced surface hardness, reduced friction, and superior wear resistance. Each piston and cylinder is CNC machined and assembled as a matched set in-house, with tolerances verified to 0.00005 of an inch for maximum reliability. The kit includes a leak-free seal assembly featuring a molybdenum disulfide-impregnated seal within a stainless steel body, sealed by a Buna-N rubber O-ring. The product has undergone rigorous testing on an in-house fuel pump dyno to replicate real-world conditions. Installation is estimated to take 2-3 hours and does not require permanent modifications, though it involves fuel lines and necessitates careful attention to avoid contamination. Professional installation is highly recommended. An HPFP Socket Tool is sold separately and is required for disassembly and assembly of the factory HPFP housing. This kit is compatible with the Audi S6 (2013-2028, 4.0TT), S7 (2013-2028, 4.0TT), and RS7 (2014-2028, 4.0TT).
