The SwayLOC is a dual-rate sway bar system with a remote option, designed to provide different control rates for off-road and on-road use. It enhances balance and control while offering full articulation for off-road driving and a firmer-than-stock, near-OEM ride quality on-road. The system uses two concentric torsion bars for dual-rate functionality. Switching between off-road and on-road modes is simplified by a latching mechanism, eliminating the need for disconnect links or level ground. The cam latching system ensures proper engagement for on-road use and disengagement for off-road use. This combo includes both front and rear SwayLOC units. The front kit mounts in the stock sway bar location with aluminum brackets. The rear kit requires some drilling for its frame-mounted brackets; the torsion bars are positioned above the frame rail, between the jack storage and rear toolbox/sub-woofer compartments, with linkage attaching to the stock rear axle tab. A multi-piece linkage kit is provided to accommodate various lift heights (stock to over 10 inches). This system is beneficial for controlling body roll in heavy Jeeps or those with roof racks.
