Overview

The FID 1100s are high-impedance fuel injectors based on EV14 technology. They are flow-matched to within 1% static and 2% dynamically, ensuring excellent cylinder-to-cylinder consistency. These injectors offer fast response and linearity, contributing to smooth idling and drivability.

They are rated to operate with up to 7 bar of fuel pressure differential and are compatible with gasoline, ethanol, and methanol. Dead times and flow rates at different voltages are provided for easier fuel map calibration.

The FID 1100 is a set of high-impedance fuel injectors utilizing the latest in fuel injector technology. These injectors are based on the EV14 platform and are flow-matched to within 1% static (full flow) and 2% dynamically (when pulsed). This precision matching ensures great cylinder-to-cylinder consistency, which, combined with the injector's fast response and linearity, results in excellent idle qualities, drivability, and smoothness. These injectors are compatible with all fuels, including gasoline, ethanol, and methanol, and can operate with up to 7 bar of fuel pressure differential. FID provides injector dead times and flow rates at various voltages to simplify fuel map calibration. The flow rates are tested using ethanol, and a conversion factor is provided for gasoline use, as gasoline's lower viscosity will result in higher flow rates. Included with each set are top hats, appropriate seals, and FID stickers. Optional plug-and-play connector adapters are available if your vehicle's harness does not use the USCAR-EV6 or Denso connectors provided. These adapters allow for a direct connection without cutting or splicing your vehicle's wiring harness. The injectors are rated at 100 lb/hr or 1100 cc/min and are suitable for applications requiring up to 1260 flywheel HP / 1135 WHP (or 795 WHP on E85) with an 8-injector setup.
