The Demon Powersports Arctic Cat 550 Demon Heavy Duty Axle is a robust aftermarket replacement designed for superior strength and longevity. It features larger CV joints and shafts, constructed from 4340 Chromoly steel and subjected to a proprietary dual heat treatment process. This axle utilizes a unique double plunge design for increased articulation angles, allowing for 1.5 inches of travel and up to 47° on the outboard joint.
The TPEE boots offer enhanced durability and resistance to punctures and extreme temperatures, while molybdenum grease ensures smooth operation. These stock-length axles are compatible with most bracket lift kits up to 3 inches and portal lifts.
