Description

It features larger CV joints and shafts, a dual heat treatment process, and a 4340 Chromoly Steel inner CV cage. The axle utilizes a unique double plunge design for higher articulation angles and is equipped with durable TPEE boots.

This axle is designed to slide on bar splines, allowing for 1.5 inches of travel and up to 40° articulation on the inboard joint, while the outboard joint can travel 0.5 inches and swing from 45°-47°. It uses molybdenum grease for smooth motion.
