The Alpine SWR-12D2 is a 12-inch subwoofer designed for powerful bass output. It features a Kevlar reinforced pulp cone and a HAMRS Santoprene rubber surround for durability and excursion. With a power handling range of 300-1,000 watts RMS and a peak power of 3,000 watts, it is built to deliver significant low-frequency response.

This subwoofer offers dual 2-ohm voice coils, providing wiring flexibility for various system configurations. It is suitable for both sealed and ported enclosures, allowing users to tailor their bass sound. The frequency response ranges from 24 Hz to 200 Hz, and it has a sensitivity of 84.7 dB.
