The Rockford Fosgate M2D2-12I is a 12-inch DVC (Dual Voice Coil) marine subwoofer designed for infinite baffle installations. It delivers 400 watts RMS and 1,600 watts peak power handling.

This subwoofer features a switchable impedance system, allowing you to select between 1-Ohm or 4-Ohm configurations. It is also Element Ready™, built to withstand harsh marine conditions including water, salt, and UV rays. The M2D2-12I includes options for grille customization and integrated Deutsch™/Amphenol™ connections for simplified installation.

The Rockford Fosgate M2D2-12I is a 12-inch Dual Voice Coil (DVC) subwoofer engineered for infinite baffle applications, meaning no enclosure is required. It provides robust audio performance with 400 watts RMS power handling and a peak of 1,600 watts. It features a unique VersaSwitch™ that allows for easy impedance selection between 1-Ohm and 4-Ohm, providing installation flexibility. The integrated Deutsch™ and Amphenol™ connectors ensure reliable, plug-and-play connectivity. Further enhancing its marine suitability, the M2D2-12I boasts an IPX6 water intrusion rating and undergoes rigorous testing, including ASTM B117 salt/fog and ASTM G154 accelerated UV testing. It also includes customizable grille options, allowing for a personalized look. For an enhanced visual experience, the Color Optix™ system provides adjustable RGB LED lighting, which requires the separately sold Rockford Fosgate Color Optix™ controller and App.
