This comprehensive suspension system provides an impressive 12 inches of wheel travel and is designed to accept up to a 37-inch tire. The kit includes boxed plate upper and lower control arms constructed from 4130 chromoly, featuring Delrin bushings and 17-4 stainless steel misalignment spacers and tie rod extensions for durability and precise alignment. It also comes with Moog ball joints for maximum strength and articulation, DOT-approved extended brake lines, and Probearing bearings. The construction utilizes 3/16" and 1/8” boxed plate for robust performance. Installation requires front fiberglass and is compatible with 2007-2016 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2WD/4WD models featuring cast steel factory suspension. For 4WD models, extended axle shafts are required. Buyers can choose to integrate a sway bar, bump stops, or bypass shocks to fine-tune the suspension's performance and ride quality. Note that the firewall pinch weld may need to be folded over to clear 37-inch tires, and bolt-on front wheel wells are available separately for proper clearance. This product is intended for off-road use only. Suspension modifications can alter vehicle dynamics and stability. Prompt wheel alignment and ADAS recalibration after installation are critical and the customer's responsibility. Compatibility with non-Dirt King or non-OEM parts must be approved by the respective manufacturer.
