The Kicker 12" Solo-Baric L7R is a subwoofer designed to deliver powerful bass by moving more air than traditional round subwoofers. It features a Dual Four-Ohm Voice Coil, patented ribbed corners, and an injection-molded SoloKon™ woofer. This subwoofer is best utilized with 600 watts of recommended power in either a sealed or ported enclosure.

The Kicker 12" Solo-Baric L7R Subwoofer is engineered to maximize bass output, offering a unique square design that moves more air and produces greater impact compared to standard round subwoofers, all while fitting into the same air space. This model features a Dual Four-Ohm Voice Coil, wrap-around gasketing, and patented ribbed corners for enhanced durability and performance. Constructed with an injection-molded SoloKon™ woofer cone, a 360-degree back bracing, and a UniPlate™ back plate and pole piece, the L7R is built for robust performance. It also includes thick tinsel leads, a large ceramic magnet, a steel basket with a spoke design, and nickel-plated speaker terminals. The subwoofer is recommended to be used with 600 watts of RMS power and is designed for optimal performance in sealed or ported enclosures, with specified volume ranges for each. Key specifications include a 12-inch (30 cm) size, 4 Ohm Dual Voice Coil impedance, 86.7 dB sensitivity, and a mounting depth of 6-7/8 inches (17.4 cm). The mounting diameter is 11-1/16 inches (28.1 cm). The minimum sealed box volume is 0.88 cu. ft. (24.92 L) and the maximum is 2.0 cu. ft. (56.64 L), while the minimum ported box volume is 1.75 cu. ft. (49.6 L) and the maximum is 3.25 cu. ft. (92 L). Please note that performance can vary with enclosure size and amplifier clipping.
