The Raceworks INJ-504 is a 1200cc high-flow fuel injector designed to support significant power demands in both gasoline and E85 fuel systems. Built from a modified Bosch EV14 base, this unit features a 14mm top O-ring and Denso-style plug. It provides 1200cc at 3 bar and reaches 1400cc at 4 bar, with a tight flow variance of +/- 1.5%. Raceworks enhances these injectors by de-capping the nozzle and precisely drilling the pintle to restore the ideal spray pattern quality and width. Every injector undergoes rigorous static and dynamic flow testing, including preconditioning with 10,000 pulses and evaluation across multiple fuel pressures, pulse widths, and voltages to simulate real-world firing order conditions. Installation of these injectors requires a professional tune for correct operation. While physically a direct fit for models including the Nissan 350Z, 370Z, GT-R R35, Patrol TB48, Skyline R34 RB25, Stagea WGC34/WGNC34 RB25, and Subaru Impreza GD/GG, they can be adapted to many other vehicles using appropriate extensions, O-rings, or plug adapters.
