The BBR Motorsports 411-HXR-1017 cylinder is a key component of the 120cc Big Bore Kit with Cam designed for XR/CRF100 motorcycles. This upgrade enhances the performance and longevity of your engine by increasing displacement and compression. The cylinder itself is constructed from BBR's signature large-fin aluminum with a durable steel liner, promoting better heat dissipation and motor endurance. It's designed to work seamlessly with other components in the 120cc Big Bore Kit, including a high-performance camshaft and new rocker arms, ensuring perfect matches for optimal power gains. Dyno tests indicate a performance increase of over 2 horsepower with the complete kit. Compatibility is extensive, fitting ALL model year XR and CRF100 motorcycles from 1981 to the present. The kit includes the 58mm piston, ring set, piston pin, and clips, along with a complete gasket kit featuring cylinder head and base gaskets. Replacement parts, such as the cylinder (411-HXR-1017), gasket kit (411-HXR-1010), and piston kit (411-HXR-1011), are also available separately.
