The TREperformance TRE-120lb-EV1-4 is a set of four flow-matched, high-resistance, saturated fuel injectors designed for performance applications. These injectors feature a compact, composite plastic body with an EV1 square plug electrical connector and an upgraded single fuel delivery nozzle for superior fuel atomization. Each injector is tested and flow-matched at the TREperformance facility on an ASNU flow bench to ensure system balance typically between 1.0% - 3.0%. With a flow rate of 120 lbs/hr at 58 PSI (1250 CC/min) and 105 lbs/hr at 43.5 PSI (1100 CC/min), these injectors are suitable for a wide range of performance modifications. They have a high impedance resistance of approximately 12 OHMS and operate within a voltage range of 8-15 Volts. The injectors are E85 compatible and are designed to function reliably at high fuel pressures, making them a robust choice for turbocharged and supercharged engines that experience elevated fuel system pressures. This set includes four thin-body Bosch style injectors, along with the necessary spacers and o-rings. They are designed to fit any engine utilizing Bosch EV1 style injectors, including specific applications like the Audi A4, S4, and TT with 1.8L or 1.8T engines, Ford 2.3 or 2.3T engines (1984-1993), Ford Focus engines (spacers may be required), and VW Golf, Passat, and Jetta IV 1.8T models.
