The ACDelco 12644788 is a new starter motor, engineered as an exact replacement for GM vehicles. It operates on a 12V system, delivers 1.4 kW of power, and features clockwise rotation. This starter is built to meet or exceed original equipment manufacturer specifications, ensuring reliable performance. Key specifications include a 3-bolt mounting pattern, a grounded case design, and an aluminum closed-nose cone. The unit comes with an attached solenoid and has a 12-tooth pinion gear. Its dimensions include a mounting flange to end of case measurement of 5.19 inches and a mounting flange to pinion end at rest measurement of 1.48 inches. This ACDelco starter motor is compatible with a range of Cadillac and Chevrolet models. Fitment includes Cadillac ATS (2013-2015), Chevrolet Camaro (2010-2015), Cadillac CTS (2008-2015), Cadillac STS (2008-2011), and Cadillac SRX (2008-2009).
