The Weldon K9200-A is a premier 12-volt electric oil pump engineered for the demanding task of transferring hot oils, particularly in transmission and differential lubrication systems. Unlike cheaper alternatives that may be derived from less robust components, this pump is built to the high standards of Weldon, a company also known for its aircraft-grade fuel and fluid transfer pumps. This ensures reliability and performance for critical applications. Constructed with a durable aluminum housing, the K9200-A features internal components made entirely of metal, eschewing plastics or composites for enhanced longevity. It boasts a self-priming capability and a completely rebuildable design, allowing for extended service life. The pump is rated to deliver 30 gallons per hour (GPH) of oil at 300°F while drawing a mere 5.5 amps, making it efficient for its intended use. An integrated internal relief valve is included to protect the system from over-pressurization. This kit includes the pump, a TC250-100 clamp for mounting, and a thermostatic switch that operates between 163°F (off) and 196°F (on). The pump is designed to handle a wide temperature range from 0 to 350°F and features -6 ORB ports for connection. It is compatible with all types of hot oils and gear lubes, making it a versatile solution for various high-temperature fluid transfer needs.
