The Kicker 51MSC65 is a 6.5-inch marine coaxial speaker system engineered by Kicker's in-house teams to deliver a premium audio experience on the water. Each speaker is built to Kicker's Real Marine® standards, ensuring it can withstand the rigors of marine environments with features like corrosion-resistant, water-proof connectors and splash-and-spray resistance. The internal components are crafted for superior sound and longevity. The midrange woofers utilize carbon-fiber infusion for highly accurate sound reproduction, while the 28mm Tetoron® textile-dome tweeters are designed to be weather- and UV-resistant, providing crisp, clear highs. Internal Butterworth 12dB/octave crossovers offer superior smoothness and protect the speaker components. The woofer baskets are constructed from glass-filled nylon for excellent thermal performance and toughness, further contributing to their resilience. These coaxial speakers are equipped with RGBW LED lighting, allowing for customizable illumination to match your boat's interior ambiance. They include both white and charcoal grilles, offering aesthetic flexibility. With a recommended amplifier power range of 15W–100W RMS and a sensitivity of 89 dB, they are designed to produce significant volume with compatible marine audio systems. The 4-ohm impedance makes them compatible with a wide range of marine amplifiers. Key specifications include a 6.5-inch (165mm) woofer size, a 1.125-inch (28mm) tweeter size, and a frequency response of 55Hz – 25kHz.
