13.5-Inch Fabrication Kit w/ 1-Inch Uniballs

This advanced suspension system provides an impressive 13.5 inches of wheel travel and is designed to accept tires up to 37 inches in diameter. The kit utilizes 1-inch stainless steel uniballs for the outer pivots of its upper and lower arms, offering superior strength and greater articulation compared to standard ball joints. Both the upper and lower control arms are constructed from 3/16" and 1/8" boxed plate material, featuring internal ribbing and extrusions for reduced weight. This long travel kit is a complete bolt-on application, meaning no cutting or welding to the frame is required for 4WD models, simplifying installation. For 4WD models, achieving the full travel potential requires inner CVs to be machined for increased articulation; Dirt King offers services for this, as well as complete axle assembly options. For 2WD models, the coil buckets must be replaced with specific shock towers (DK-541908-ST) to accommodate the proper shock size, which come pre-assembled with instructions. It is crucial to note that this suspension system must be installed with shocks built to Dirt King's precise specifications, which include proprietary internal valving for optimal performance. Modifications to the wheel well will be necessary when using 37-inch tires with this kit. This product is intended to pair with OEM and Dirt King parts; compatibility with other brands must be approved by the respective manufacturer. Front fiberglass is also required for installation. As with any significant suspension modification, ensuring prompt wheel alignment and ADAS recalibration after installation is critical and the sole responsibility of the customer.
