Description

The Schmitt Primus Steering Wheel Model 740 is a marine-grade stainless steel steering wheel designed for boats and most marine vessels. It features a 1-1/8" rim for comfortable grip and reduced hand fatigue, a 22° dish, and UV-resistant black Santoprene rubber inserts for comfort. It is manufactured with investment casting for maximal strength and integrated ring. The polished stainless steel construction makes it impervious to weather and requires little maintenance. It is available in polished stainless steel or black stainless steel and includes a center nut. It exceeds ABYC P-22 and ISO 8848 standards.
