Description

This Turbonetics Duramax Cast Turbo Pedestal is built from Cast Stainless Steel for superior strength and durability, unlike weaker mild steel options. It incorporates an external wastegate mounting flange, making it ideal for high horsepower, nitrous, and compound turbo applications. This precision-machined part ensures correct mounting right out of the box, with everything lining up correctly the first time. No riser plate is needed. It allows for the use of large compressor housings while clearing all engine components, a luxury not found with other parts. The computer-aided design maximizes exhaust gas flow and velocity, promoting quick spool-up and consistent boost pressure throughout the RPM range. While Turbonetics recommends using turbocharger 11138-BB (76mm compressor wheel, 75mm turbine wheel, 1.27 A/R turbine housing), this pedestal will work with any T4 flanged turbo.
