The SAMCO Sport YAM-18 is a high-performance silicone hose kit specifically designed as a direct replacement for the standard factory rubber hoses on the Yamaha YZF R1 2002-2003 models. These hoses are handmade in the UK and are built to the highest quality standards, offering superior durability and resistance to extreme temperatures. Each kit comes with a Lifetime Warranty, providing peace of mind for the rider. The kit includes 13 coolant hoses, designed to optimize the cooling system's performance. While typically stocked in Blue/Red (BU/RD), a wide range of other colors are available as special orders, which may require several days for delivery. For optimal fitment and to prevent damage to the silicone hoses, which would void the warranty, it is highly recommended to use the corresponding Samco Sport stainless steel hose clamp kit (CK YAM-18). These clamps are made from 18/8 (304) marine grade stainless steel and are designed for aggressive environments.
