The HEL Performance oil cooler kit is engineered to provide reliable thermal management for the 2.4L engine found in the 2021+ Toyota GR86 (ZN8) and Subaru BRZ (ZC8). By utilizing a Setrab ProLine 6 Series 13-row oil cooler and a thermostatic sandwich plate, this kit ensures that engine oil remains within optimal temperature ranges during spirited driving. To ensure perfect fitment and seamless integration, the manufacturer utilized 3D laser scanning of the vehicle's engine bay and ancillaries. The kit is supplied as a comprehensive package, which includes a vehicle-specific mounting bracket, pre-assembled AN10 braided hoses with fittings, and the necessary hardware to facilitate a straightforward installation without requiring permanent modifications like cutting or drilling to the vehicle body. This system is designed specifically for the GR86 ZN8 and BRZ ZC8 platforms. Users should note that the system includes a thermostatic sandwich plate and a sandwich plate spacer to ensure correct clearance and oil flow control.
