Proper oil temperature regulation is crucial for extending the life of both stock and high-performance engines. This 13-row stacked-plate cooler is designed to significantly reduce oil temperatures while exhibiting minimal pressure loss, ensuring your engine runs efficiently. The kit features universal fitment, making it applicable to a wide range of vehicles. It includes a billet anodized aluminum sandwich plate, with options for a standard or thermostatic version. The thermostatic option is ideal for cooler climates, as it limits oil flow until optimal operating temperatures are reached. For durable and leak-free connections, the kit comes with pre-assembled stainless steel braided oil lines equipped with -10AN fittings and dowty seals. Installation is rated as medium difficulty. The kit includes adapters for 3/4-16 and M20-1.5 sandwich plates, supporting fitment for most makes and models. Mishimoto recommends flushing the oil cooler with one quart of clean oil prior to installation to remove any potential shipping debris. The product also comes with the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty, underscoring its quality and durability.
