14-18 Ram 3500 Differential - Rear

Zumbrota Drivetrain Axle Assemblies are rebuilt to high quality standards. Each assembly is inspected for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, including ring & pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are fully inspected and tested. All bearings and seals are replaced. Gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque. Correct gear backlash is set for proper lubrication and quiet operation. Axle tubes are inspected for OEM straightness. Zumbrota uses a hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure, followed by a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning, for remanufacturing.
