This upgrade boasts a substantial 69% increase in volume over the stock intercooler, providing 14.36 liters of capacity for cooler, denser air. Its high-performance mesh design, measuring 630 mm x 137 mm x 135 mm + 630 mm x 43 mm x 100 mm (stepped), combined with a 24% larger flow area (1134 cm² vs. OEM 913 cm²), ensures maximum heat transfer and minimal back pressure. Optimized cast aluminum end boxes, developed with CAD and CFD simulations, guarantee ideal internal airflow. The kit includes a specially designed air baffle to ensure sufficient airflow to adjacent components like the water cooler. A heat-conducting anti-corrosion coating protects the intercooler from environmental influences, ensuring long-lasting performance.
