This kit incorporates an additional bearing, installed into the original crankcase cover, to create a third support for a longer gear shaft. This enhancement prevents gear shaft flexing, ensuring the CVT system operates optimally. The kit features z 14/42 gears designed with straight teeth to minimize frictional losses and support stresses, alongside optimized gear ratios and an extended primary gear shaft. It also includes a polished steel alloy bearing support with a sealed bearing. Installation requires two simple modifications to the original crankcase cover. This product is intended for racing use in designated locations and Malossi disclaims liability for improper use.
