The Ksport Procomp 8-Piston Big Brake Kit is engineered as a direct bolt-on upgrade to significantly enhance your vehicle's braking performance, particularly under demanding high-heat scenarios. The calipers are constructed from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, featuring a one-piece forged design for exceptional strength, light weight, and corrosion resistance. Aluminum pistons are incorporated to offer superior heat resistance compared to standard materials. This kit features two-piece, 14-inch diameter slotted rotors, chosen for their effectiveness in dissipating heat and providing consistent grip. For mounting, CNC-machined carbon steel caliper brackets ensure a precise fit to the OEM caliper bracket location. The kit also includes D.O.T. compliant stainless steel braided brake lines, which prevent line expansion under pressure, leading to a quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel than stock rubber lines. Standard kit components include (2) Forged, Monoblock Aluminum Calipers, (2) Lightweight Two-Piece Slotted Rotors, (1) Set of SC5 Street Brake Pads, (2) Stainless Steel Brake Lines, and all necessary mounting hardware.
