The Baer Brakes 14 Inch Extreme+ is a front brake kit designed for performance. It features a 1-piece Monoblock 6-piston 6S caliper and a 14-inch, 2-piece slotted rotor. The caliper is CNC machined from a 2618 aluminum forging and includes stainless steel pistons and D.O.T. compliant seals. The kit comes with all necessary mounting brackets, stainless braided hoses, and hardware, and requires at least an 18-inch wheel diameter.

The Baer Brakes 14 Inch Extreme+ Front Brake Kit provides a significant upgrade for your vehicle's braking system. This kit includes a 1-piece Monoblock 6-piston 6S caliper, which is fully machined in Phoenix, AZ, from a US-sourced 2618 aluminum forging. It incorporates stainless steel pistons, abutments, and D.O.T. compliant dust and weather seals, utilizing the popular D1247 pad type. The kit features a 14-inch, 2-piece rotor with a slotted surface and a billet aluminum hat, pre-assembled with NAS high-grade stainless hardware. Powder coating on the caliper enhances durability and appearance. The 6S caliper is engineered with staggered pistons to minimize uneven pad wear and dual seals for dust/weather protection and pressure. This brake kit is designed to fit 1994-04 Ford Mustang (SN95) models with the correct spindles and hubs. For 1979-93 Mustang (Fox) models, it will fit with 1994-04 SN95 spindles and hubs, however, a master cylinder upgrade is recommended. Specific master cylinder kits (p/n 6800092 for 79-86 cars and p/n 6800096 for 87-93 cars) are available separately. The 14-inch Extreme+ system requires a minimum wheel diameter of 18 inches; verification using the provided template is advised due to the variety of wheel designs. All necessary mounting brackets, stainless braided hoses, and hardware are included for a comprehensive installation. Please note that some parts may not be legal for use in California or other states with similar emissions regulations.
